oh dear, your page is basically unreadable, red font on almost anything is bad for the eyes, but on something this light, it's just...argh...please, do people a kindness and just make the font black or something.
no no, you don't necessarily need to lighten it, but actually pay attention to colours that you use...as in LOOK at your sheezy page after you've chosen some colours, and if it doesn't work, change it. And don't die, that would be good too.
